Your Investment in the Health & Birth of your Baby
It is the responsibility of parents to seek and provide the best environment for their baby to grow and to be born into. Nations Midwifery and Midwife York will assist you in understanding your choices and by providing care that creates a healthy and positive pregnancy and birth experience.
Nations Membership Care
Services include:
Direct Care (cut out the insurance "middle-man") Membership model includes all prenatal and postpartum care in the membership price with a deep discount for the Labor, Birth, Immediate Newborn and Postpartum care.
This includes as many visits as are necessary with your midwife! Total Membership cost plus the discounted Birth Service is normally less than $2,550.

Bundled Care
Services include:
Prenatal visits during pregnancy - normally 4 - 8
these may last 30 minutes or more (if education is included)
Booking of On-Call time for your labor & birth from 37 to 42 weeks of pregnancy
Labor (additional charges after 36 hours on premises)
Birth, Immediate Newborn Care, and Immediate Postpartum Care
Postpartum care
Total Bundled cost $3,250.
Complementary (Free) Care Visits
Nations Midwifery also strives to find sponsorship for those who desire midwifery care but are unable to afford the cost. If you need help please ask about any discounts, sliding scale and sponsorship for midwifery care.
Other services are available:
Group prenatal care with childbirth classes,
Doula care and companionship during labor,
Extended care, long-distance care
and late entry into care (more than 36 weeks)
Each year we usually offer a special discount on birth services during the summer!
